At Shoe Market, we want to ensure your new pair fits perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your footwear within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the shoes, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
